  • You should try the ketogenic diet. You get to eat bacon and eggs and shit all day and it actually works. You eat high fat foods but next to 0 carb foods. So very little fruits but lots of olive oil and butter. Its amazing how quick the weight falls off.

    • Yeah, people say you have to "balance your carbs, proteins, and fats," when you really don't. They're all just getting burned up for energy. Really, you can eat whatever types of food you want, as long as you don't eat too much. You just have to remember: 1g_fat=8cals, 1g_protein=4cals, and 1g_carbs=4cals. Also, remember this. Drinking cold water gives you a few negative calories.

      • Thats works too but what I loved about keto is I could eat as much as I wanted. I ate all the time and it was steaks, veggies dipped in olive oil and butter on everything. That diet is so cool because we've been taught that high fat foods make you fat and gives you heart disease but it actually doesnt according to new studies. It's harder for me to watch the calories because I'm always hungry. Whatever works for you is the way to go.
