You might have your heart in the right place, but your methods SUCK!
There are plenty of CONSTRUCTIVE things you can do (look around on the internet) but being DESTRUCTIVE is not going to accomplish anything.
People with bad eating habits don't change because you do things to them; they change because they want to. You are just going to make yourself unwelcome in their home and accomplish NOTHING positive.
Your methods are not helpful at all.
If anything it could make things worse...its not good to make someone feel bad about themselves.
Why not offer to cook...look up healthy versions of the food they like...dont tell them the difference ...then after they eat it you can get a more honest review. If they liked it thats great...and its a good way to show them that healthy foods can taste good too.
I guarantee you not trolling. I am fed up with them. You would have to be here to understand. Zero tolerance policy is my answer. No need to be gruff. I would not destroy your cake.
If I were your Mother, I would kick your ass out on the street. It would help you to build character, and provide incentive for you to get your own place where you could eat as little cake as you wanted.
I like how you said, "people with bad eating habits don't change because you do things to them; they change because they want to." I will have to remember that the next time my husband destroys my bag of potato chips.
Is it normal that I destroy cakes on purpose to help people?

Unwelcome? Then, my plan is working.
I don't do this to non-family members cakes. I destroy illegal drugs too. I will destroy alcohol too.
