It's not just the financial assets, it's the children. I know how my wife is with finances and I know that she would neglect to feed the children. And yes, I despise my children, but they are still my children and it is still my responsibility as a parent to see to it that they are provided for. I'm sorry that you don't understand that but my personal feelings are not allowed to decide whether or not I am their Father.
