Is it normal that i daydream of people i know watching over me?

I think it's pretty weird but people I know, like friends, family et al. are watching my life as if through some sort of other dimension, it can be controlled it's just a habit I tend to do.

    I'm not sure if thats normal or not, but if its any consolation, I do the same thing too basically!
    Like people seeing things through my eyes... idk its just something I do. I know its not real, its just a habit.
