thats fuckin crazy lol I didnt believe you so I put my hand up to my nose and sure enough I'm only actually breathing out of one nostril. wicked thanks for the info. But it makes me wonder why I still cant breathe when only one nostril is plugged up :(
yeah. i noticed maybe 5 years ago that i do that and i kept thinking it was only a temporary thing but every time i put my hand up there, im only breathing out one nostril. i put an is it normal post on here yesterday and dappled told me that most people only breathe through one nostril and they alternate every 20 minutes. I guess i'm one of the only people who puts their hand up to their nose close enough to notice it because dappled says its a little known human fact. I went most of my life without knowing i only breathe out one nostril at a time. I don't think i noticed till I was a young teenager.
is it normal that I'd like you to tell me something?
