I dont cry much. Sometimes I wonder if I know how to cry but when I do cry its at reandom moments, I don't know why but the tears wont stop and there is usually no reason for then. Maybe because I tend to keep my feeling to myself. When I'm angry I'm real violent and I feel like there is this blur, I really don't know what I'll do next, I try to control my self by punching a wall or so. I don't get angry much but when I do it feels like a storm got loose!
Is it normal that I cry whenever I yell in anger?
