i do the same thing! nothing can stop it...(for me anyway) its so hard and the harder you hold it in the more u want to burst. i remember a teacher telling me off for something stupid like my hair wasn't pulled back in a neat fashion and i started crying and everyone looked at me like i was a freak.
Is it normal that I cry easily?
