I don't know if this is true or not. In my experience orgasmic tension in women dissipates extremely fast if stimulation stops abruptly or changes drastically. Your a woman though so you know better than me. sometimes having an orgasm first helps lubricate and helps the woman relax.
this in turn allows her vagina to open up a little more, so that penetration is easier and more comfortable.
you may need to let her calm down for a minute or two (she may be over sensitive at first) but it shouldn't take that long.
