Are you pissed because people at your high school are mean to you(not trying to sound like a jerk)? There are lots of shitty people in this world and, from what I've heard, high schools tend to concentrate that. You should try to find and spend time with people who you don't actively want to kill. But, if you do feel like killing everybody, all the time, then yes, you should seek help.
