Since you are concerned, see a doctor! Tell them everything you just told us. It won't hurt you, and the worst that could happen is they tell you you're fine. Be open & honest. None of US can "diagnose" you, but sounds like you might need some help making sense of & understanding your thoughts, which is completely normal. A good psychologist can help you manage yourself, & going to one doesn't "mean you're crazy" just like talking to a dentist doesn't give you dentures!
