Its called stimimg. Lots of people do it. It's often a symptom of a mental disorder, but can just be a habit for no reason as well. Most people probably don't even notice.
I agree with bugsforbreakfast. You are stimming. Are you diagnosed mentally disabled or developmentally delayed? If not, I recommend seeking help and getting yourself diagnosed. Best to handle this, and likely other issues you have, all at once.
