Is it normal, that i consider scottish people to be stupid?

They use childish expressions like "neeps and tatties" (turnips and potatoes.)
They say prayers like, "from ghoulies and ghosties and long-leggety beasties Lord deliver us" (more childishness, and superstition to boot.)
Most white cops are of Scottish extraction, or even worse Irish - Ireland still allowed child slave labor as late as the 1960s (via the Catholic Church.) Cops don't tend to be very bright.
So is it normal, that I don't consider Scottish people to be the brightest bulbs in the box?

      But seriously, "all Scots are stupid because they say things" is basically what is said here :s I dinnae get it. Call me strange but I'm pretty sure every country has its fair share of idiots. Plus, "neeps" and "tatties" is technically a different language. It's in Scots - so also we're stupid for talking a different language :D

    Talking in a certain way, or using certain words doesn't automatically have anything to do with intelligence. It's usually snobs that think like that. And as for child slave labor, many people thought that was wrong. Even today people disagree with things going on in their county and other countries.
