I think what he is trying to say that bullies and victims of bullying are an essential part of life.
All across the animal kingdom things are that way, it doesn't mean it's morally right. But it does mean it creates a balance and a hierarchy. It also is indeed a part of evolution.
The reason bullies (who are usually insecure and victims of abuse themselves) treat people this way is because subconsciously it's an emotional survival instinct, the same as fear, which is a factor stopping victims from defending themselves.
If you look at things logically you can see where he's coming from, he's just communicated it inappropriately.
P.s. I do not condone bullying in anyway, I am simply accepting it for what it is.
Is it normal, that I consider bullying to be good for the human race?
