Omg, I seriously can't believe I just found this post. I've had OCD forever and I've always, always done this same thing. Like I will repeat a prayer in my head over and over.
I feel like its just a part of the OCD. People do odd things when they have OCD and there is no explanation other than the wiring in our brains.
