    Sounds like someone to be disliked.

    Although, the last bit I kind of have to say "Now do you get it?"
    He was giving out cigarettes $1 because they cost money, and when he takes them off of you, you complain about it here. If you find it something to complain about, then why expect him to do the same?

    Yes, disliking someone is normal, needing to ask if disliking someone is normal isn't normal.

      I normally give em out to friends & they get me back, but if he's gonna charge I'm gonna charge. Or just not, cuz hes an a hole
