People post stuff on social media to make themselves look successful and happy. It's telling that they have the free time to post all those pictures and nonsense.
Basically in general comparing yourself to other people or using where other people are in their lives as a benchmark for something you should be isn't ever going to make you happy. You can do what you want but it's never going to bring you happiness. Be yourself, live your own life, enjoy what you have. Jealousy isn't productive.
