Since the weather is getting better, girls around my campus are wearing more open toe shoes (flip-flops, sandals, heels). I don't know why but everytime I see a girl with nice pedicured feet I keep looking at them.
I love looking at the bare feet of young women in public. I like it when they walk around on streets, shopping malls, eating establishments and retail stores with bare feet and I mean no shoes at all. This really turns me on and I also want to keep staring at their feet(tops and bottoms and if their soles are black, that arouses me even more. I will follow them around in my car or on foot and when in my car, I often yell, "Bare feet, naughty, naughty and see what their reactions are.
