People generally dislike laziness as much as idiocy. What's one little apostrophe to type? Does it really take that much of an effort? Do you ever say to yourself, "Man, I'm glad I saved all that time ignoring those apostrophes! Now I can take a 20-second-longer nap! People think I'm an idiot now, but, oh well!"
