Flirting is not about what is said it's about how it's said. A cheeky smile and a touch on the arm will go a long way. Sort out your body langauge so that you seem open to the girl; you are clearly a shy guy so there is no point trying to have a script when talking to girls because that adds pressure to the situation. Just be spontanious, cheeky and get in a wink somewhere = flirting.
