Is it normal that I cannot eat without a beverage with my meal?

    It's all my mom and I argued about at meal time as a child... She use to withhold my drink until I finished my meal! I didn't get it back then, but I do now... I wish I listened!!!!

    Now, I can't take a bite w/o taking a sip of a drink right after
