While you may think your not feeling anything. I think your just bubbling it up inside, and not allowing yourself feel. Then when you aren't as vulnerable such as when reading/watching series/animes/movies, you let those repressed emotions. which in itself isn't inherently unhealthy, however there is still risk to your mental health.
Though what it really boils down to is you have feelings like every other person, and like every other person you cope with them in your own way. And if you ask me that is normal.
