Is it normal that I can't tell if my girlfriend wants to kiss? I feel like she does but I am bad at reading signs. This is my first girlfriend and I don't want to mess it up. When I am with her we tend to snuggle, lay next to each/ on each other shoulders, hold hands all depending on what we are doing. I was just wondering if is it normal I can't tell if she wants to kiss and some signs that would mean she wants to kiss and how to initiate a kiss.

    Awwww. I think this is so cute. You shouldn't worry. When you want to kiss her, grab her gently and do it. Or just tell her to.

    It's totally normal to be a bit confused about whether or not you should kiss her, and I find it sweet that you're so worried about not upsetting her. Based on what you've described, I think she would probably be okay with it. I'm nervous about initiating a kiss with my boyfriend (same situation as you: first boyfriend, still a bit nervous), so I'll usually just put my head on his shoulder or chest, or move a bit closer to show that I want him to kiss me, which is almost every moment we spend together. Your girlfriend seems to be doing a lot of the same things, so I'd say go for it! :)

    As for how to initiate, try just bringing your faces closer, and maybe gently touch her face, then wait a second to see how she react. If she doesn't move away, she's okay with it and is giving you permission. If she herself closes the distance...that's obviously an acceptance. If she does move away, though, just smile and accept it. Most likely, she's just nervous and it has nothing to do with you. If she's comfortable cuddling, though, she's most likely okay with kissing.     Ps it took a year just to learn the signs of when she wanted to hug half a year later I got my first kiss so at 6 I got my first kiss so relly it's hard to figure the signs out she just thinks I'm up for it I am :)

    It kind of verys on girl to girl ive learnd that my girl basically dosent follow any of these signs she relly is uneak but I can't rely tell you how I met her for most small girls sake il give a hint it hurt me alooooooooot and she's my first gf so it wasn't a break up

    well if she moves in close to your face that's a very clear sign... she might just look at you in the eyes and not say a word. basically if you kiss her and she doesn't want it she'll tell you.
