    I've never been able to swallow pills and I know many people with the same issue.
    I just chew it up. Tastes horrible, but I've developed strategies for dealing with that.

      I heard chewing pills is dangerous....especially if you take painkillers. It is faster absorbed via your blood....and could be almost as lethal as an overdose. The body goes in shock.
