This is a good thing, to think about it. However, you're choosing, CHOOSING to obsess over it.
Make a plan and stick to it and it'll work out. Sometimes it WILL seem that you're in an impossible situation, everyone, EVERYONE, goes through that phase, just remember that when you made your plan, you were confident and KNOW you're right. Hopefully, you made a great OBTAINABLE goal.
When you're losing sleep you're obsessing over failures that COULD happen Well, it will as long as you're losing sleep and constantly changing your plans to detour yourself from something that COULD happen. If you're too tired to work, you will lose your job and there won't be enough money for that house you want.
Don't be a slacker. Do your homework and keep up with your studies. Get good grades. Go to college or learn a skilled trade. If you like to party, don't do it too often. Don't get into trouble with the law.
You're only human, so you'll get lazy from time to time, but you have to get past that. Laziness will only hurt you in the long run.
