Hi! Welcome to the site! As for your colleague, be careful that the sparks or nervousness are not in response to something you yourself are projecting. I'm not saying she's not interested in you (although she might not be), but you are going to have to be extra careful simply because she's a colleague and not someone you can avoid.
Why not try to befriend her and then you'll have more opportunities to judge her reactions to, say, an admission by you that you are attracted to women.
Is it normal that I can't stop thinking about that?
