Is it normal that i can't stop staring at guys' crotches???

I am a 25 year old gay male and I have a problem -- I can not stop staring at men's crotches. I stare all the time, and they often catch me before I can turn my head on the other side. I do not want to be perceived as a pervert, but this weird addiction seems to be stronger than me.
I sit across men on the metro so I can look at their bulges. I also check them out as they walk.
And by the way, I am attracted to older men (45+) if that matters at all. Seeing their nutsac bulge through the pants makes me crazy.

Please help. Am i insane?

    Im not gay but I do stare at guys penis and bulges in the locker room . In the locker room we do touch and compare so its fine
