Is it normal that I can't stick to one thing to do at a time?

  • have a better understanding of mind,mind will create thoughts all the times...its upto u to select one and stick to it.
    how can u develop this?let the new thought come write it on paper but do not entertain it,understand that life is fruitful if u do not act impulsive,or its thorns will bite you always.
    practice for small tasks first,building confidence to go the big ones...
    try relaxation techniques like meditation(search brahmakumaris for free meditation).
