Is it normal that i can't speak

I physically can't talk loudly, and sometimes I can't talk at all. I'm not shy, I get like this around my closest friends. I'm getting a stutter too. It takes so much energy out of me to talk and I hate it people always comment that I'm so quiet but I'm trying so hard not to be. If I talk for a little while I feel like I'll pass out. Help ?

Do you know if you’re autistic? Autistic people sometimes experience that, it falls under the social or communication difficulty trait. For me, being in public, going to a friend’s house, or unexpectedly seeing a friend and then having to talk to them is enough to make me tired and in need of a nap.
