Is it normal that i can't shave down there?

Whenever I shave down there I get red lumps and it's realy itchy and never gets smooth. Even the day I shave it it feels prickly. Is this normal?

    Story of my life. I hate it but I think it happens to most people who shave. Don't shave it if it's too long too, trim it slightly first, or just don't shave and trim it. Or get a wax, if you can cope with the pain.

    Use conditioner on the pubes instead of shaving foam. Also, shave sideways.

    Normal. There is not cure to razor
    Bumps or smooth skin down there

    It's miserable. Try trimming instead of shaving.
