Is it normal that i can't say "gosh" in my head?

My thinking voice can not pronounce the word "gosh" without my mouth making the movement to say "gosh". I can't imagine another person saying it either. It comes out like a garbled sort of "gouwgh". I can say it out loud, no issues. Lol.

    Umm, I don't want to scare you, but maybe you should see some specialist because that could be a symptom of something related to the brain or the nervous system. :S

    However if you haven't had any severe headaches, seizures, balance problems, nor any other questionable symptom, I could say that you're not having anything serious.
