Basically I can't put on a condom, it just won't roll down. I think it might be because my foreskin doesn't retract at all, like it doesn't even slightly get past the head of my dick. Should I just get a bigger condom or something?
Condoms are suppose to be snug as he'll. If it wasn't it would slip off...you'd knock her up and lose a condom in her. Good luck explaining that.

It seems like you are bragging, and baiting for compliments through a silly question.
Just buy a bigger condom. I think that would take less time then making a post, waiting the 24hours for it to show up, and reading comments through out the day. Drive a few minutes, buy condoms, test theory.
