Sounds like another case of the crawl under a rock a die person if no music was around but in all seriousness I don't think I would of made it this far in my life without music I owe my life to these bands
Me too. Music is a beautiful and powerful thing. You could have all the worries and stress on your shoulders, or you wake feeling lower than a snakes belly, and when you listen to music you forget what you were worrying about. Music also helps you to feel good about yourself, gives you advice, Inspires you.
Also a lot of therapy is given through music. xxx
Music, books, art, comedy, poetry, and good cinema are the most amazing drugs known to mankind. They can change mood without any toll on the body whatsoever.
It's impossible to overdose while being entirely possible to flood yourself with good thoughts and grin like an idiot. It's amazing to me that people don't take their fill of all of these things.
Music is the obvious inroad because it delivers quickly and well. But, seriously, all of them.
