Is it normal that I can't get enough anal intercourse?

  • Anal sex with proper warmup will not weaken your anal muscles either. What weakens them is injury from forceful penetration that causes intense pain and other injury. If you start with a finger, work up to two, then three, and gradually open up the anus rather than forcing it open painfully, you will not injure anything and can proceed to engage in safe and enjoyable anal intercourse. Just as you warm up your muscles before exercising to avoid injuring yourself, you warm up your anal muscles before sex and you won't injure them.

Proper anal sex actually strengthens your anal muscles rather than the long believed myth about weakening them. This is partly because you develop more conscious muscle control which allows you to relax your muscles (they aren't stretching, they're relaxing) to allow sex, and then they naturally tighten again after. With this approach, you can engage in anal sex for a lifetime, or even more advanced and extreme anal sex acts, without injuring your anal muscles or resulting in any sort of permanent looseness. There are people in their 70s and 80s who have received frequent anal sex most of their life and who have zero issues with anal looseness or incontinence. It's a myth rooted in homophobia which still persists—and it's always the people with little to no anal experience who spread it, while the people who are getting nonstop dick in the ass know otherwise, from experience.
