I don't think so, I mean most girls can get a boyfriend pretty easily, but it's harder for most guys to get a girlfriend. Because society says that guys should initiate, the obligation is on guys to put themselves out there and face the risk of rejection and possible humiliation while all girls have to do is look pretty and respond however they please without considering the guy's feelings. It's truly one-sided. Girls also have the option of makeup and other self-enhancement techniques (including much wider variety of fashion and accessories) in order to boost their visual appeal to guys, who are naturally visually oriented. Guys are constantly trying to hit on girls but the reverse isn't true.
