Is it normal that i can't focus at work?

It's not like I don't like my job. I actually like working their. Problem is I can't seem to focus and get my work done. I am posting this because the amount of work that I do on a day to day basis has been decreasing significantly. Today I wrote a total of 40 words in 9 hours... 9 HOURS!!!! 7 weeks ago I was perfectly fine and knocking out the park a whopping 6000. I don't know what is happening. I just Keep getting major headaches whenever I try to work. Is it normal?

    I can't focus on anything anytime and it definitely affects my job. Sometimes I totally forget what day it is. I've missed my shifts at least twice.

      I forget what day it is too! I am nearly late everyday because I lose focus on the way to work and keep making stops everywhere beforehand, because I forgot that I needed to get stuff.

        Did you try seeing your doctor or psychiatrist. You might be developing some type of medical problem you dont yet know about.

          I hate the doctors. I don't trust them. To me their strangers. Why would I trust them with my life? All they do is make us worry. Drug us up so that we have more symptoms to deal with because of the medication rather than the illness and inject us with fluids which we don't even know what is in it and hope that we don't drop unconscious because the injection that was supposed to be protection way actually a drug to make us fall asleep so that they can drag us away to some sort of governmental facility and experiment on us till the experiment fail, turns us into psychopaths on a murder rampage, cause a zombie apocalypse and get shot dead.

              Not the first time someone's said that to me -_-. I am always in front of a computer at work and since I never get enough done, so I work on my laptop at home too. That might be the headaches. Do you think so?

    Well it depends, is there a goal or metric for how many words youre supposed to be typing ? What happens if you fall short of that metric ?
