I've known two girls that were extremely tight. One nobody could enter, not even with a finger. The other was so tight that every guy she had sex with ejaculated prematurely. Felt amazing for us, but the poor girl wasn't having all that much fun.
I'd say you need to get her to gynecologist and have a professional see what can be done.
