    You probably can't climax because you're thinking about it too much.
    Just try your best to relax, and think about something that turns you on (or maybe watch some porn).
    This might be TMI, but what works for me is - when I'm wet, I get my clit really wet and move my fingers in a circular motion around it. Just relax and enjoy the sensation, it might take a while but it should happen eventually.
