You haven't found the right person, simple as that. This was an exact description of me 2 years ago. When I met my current partner, I just knew it would be serious. Just be patient and enjoy single life :)
Same for me, I use to make a game out of it. I loved the challenge, because I was good at getting what I wanted. But as soon as I got it, I was bored. What I did was wait a few years till I matured a bit more and bam long term relationship.
