I can understand why he would choose you lots of those hot blond chicks. You said have bad personaility or are full of themselves and not really fun to be around, dont get me wrong im not saying all of them are like that. But he probally has the most in commong with you and enjoys spending time with you the most. I Also find chicks as you described yourself cute.
