Deja vu can be argued as a glitch in memory formation. Your brain categorizes it in the long term memory bank and not the short term. People who do this often are also prone to seizures and it is often hereditary. But I have no idea where I heard this so don't quote me.
Glitch or not, I think it's still fascinating. Our brains are vastly uncharted and capable of astonishing things. Why not psychic dreams? Maybe we're defining psychic wrong.
