Is it normal that i can predict bad outcomes correctlly

I seem to be mired in bad luck with everything around me .Pretty much every single bad prediction that I make unconsciously towards things coming up will definitely come true vice verse good ones fail all the time ! What bothers me most is that I will get a strong and clear sense of what it is going to be in my eyes previously! what's wrong with me ?!
