  • Start small. When you realize you have broke your diet rules, make note, and stop what you are doing. It is important to have goals, but be realistic. Don't punish yourself for giving into a craving, acknowledge it- then counteract it.

    Work on creating healthy patterns. If you feel too tired when you wake up to exercise, at least stretch and do some deep breathing.

    What are you doing right now? checking the computer? Stand up reach to the sky and inhale, bend over and touch your toes while exhaling. Go for that walk now. The computer will still be there when you get back. Oh- is it 3am? do 100 crunches, do it now.
