If you feel like that, take a day off, and sleep til about 10.30 am, wake up, eat, wash, then go back to sleep for a nap at 2.00 pm, wake up at about 5.00 pm, eat then watch tv then go back to sleep real early and then see how you feel. You might feel and sleep a bit better throughout the week. Do you drink alot of tea and coffee? The caffeine in that may cause to feel tired the next day because the caffeine kept you awake? x
