  • I agree with the above comments. Stress and/or depression can make you feel that way. If it is just that you feel unrested when you wake up but if you feel like you don't want to get out of bed that is potentially something more. If it isn't depression drugs and alcohol can also cause the se effects. For example, pot can and will inhibit REM sleep when used frequently.
