      yeah, instead of moving out of their way just stop in your tracks adopt a firm stance with one shoulder stocking out. In the event of a colison it is the other persons fault because they walked into you as you were stationary .

        I so wish cell phone scramblers were legal. I would have them anywhere near me just so people have to pay attention.
