Is it normal that I came down with 'panic attacks' after smoking bud

Thanks man. I appreciate it. I have more health issues since this incident not mentally but im actually getting ill n have had chronic migraines n my nervous system is still freakin out. But it would make sense my brains had too much. Thanks again man
