The things is he lives on his own but hes really close with his mom like they talk about everything and so he goes to see her whenever he can and if i`m with him i go to his moms place aswell and i try to be nice and show them that i have manners and dress as nice as i can with the clohes i have to him family is everything so i really have to try if i am dating him to be nice and go see his family with him it feels like everything i do is wrong to them and they are part of the reason me and him broke up so now i have to try really hard and suck it up if i want to get him back....*sigh* his parents are so frustrating...oh well hes worth it so i guess i`ll try to suck it up :P

If you can't get along with his parents at some point he's going to have to pick between you and them.
So part of it is also going to be... WILL he pick you?
if the answer is "no" then you may have to consider remaining apart from him.
And yes, men DO make that decision. My dad had to make it - his mother hated Mom, even after they were married she wanted him to leave Mom. It wasn't until they had their first child that my grandmother stopped trying to interfere.
then again dad was in his late 30s at the time, so he wasn't to tied to her apron strings as she may have wanted
