TOTALLY normal! Don't listen to what the others say. I do that to my 3 cats and they realize im playin wid dem and dey love it.
Listen, thats what makes cats special, they stand for themselves, they dont take shit. if they don't like it, trust me, they'll rip your face off. But thats how They play with each other (if you get to observe cats playin), so if they take it easy and bit you little bites in return (on ur face or hands) and scratch a little in a playful attitude thats totally fine.
Its within that spectrum of "you're so cute im gonna die! or kill ya ;D "
