I think people are starting to use the word hate to describe anything other than love. This compression of our language really disturbs me with its implications for our future.
To answer your question, though, I tend to think there is love and then there is indifference. I'm indifferent to most things.
Im not talking about indifference, Im talking about hatred, with passion. Im indifferent about many things, but just like love, hate must also be earned, not easy to earn it.
