You say that romance is dumb and creates a lot of damage. However if no one is getting together no one is having kids. At the moment most of the world is overpopulated yes. If everyone decided to stop at once that means no more children EVER. So who do you think is going to or suppose to take care of these children? Did you ever think of a solution for this. This was not thought out very well. Which scenario say will send the world into a state of panic.
People don't neccessarily need to get together in a relationship to have offspring. There's sperm donation, IVF, surrogacy, prostitution, and artificial insemination. So no, the human race would not die off if people decided to not get in relationships. Romance is not a neccessity. As long as single folk have kids via the ways i listed there'd be no need for romance or marriage.
Is it normal that I believe that people are better off single?
